- K9 Cabins is a one of a kind pet boarding facility located in Capitan, New Mexico. We are a family owned and operated business! The facility is located on our 12 acre homestead just 100 yards from our home, this provides your pet with around the clock care. K9 Cabins is not a huge corporate facility, we only have 12 dog runs and 2 cat condos which makes it perfect for attending to every detail of your pet's needs. Our inside runs for dogs are 4 feet by 6 feet. For a family of dogs or just a big dog that needs leg room, we also have 2 suites that are 4 feet by 10 feet with a window!. The outside runs match what is inside so your dog has plenty of room inside and out. Two to Five times a day your pet will have our big play pen all to themselves for a game of fetch, tug of war or just to relax in the sun! We do offer walks around the homestead as well! All of our dog runs have drains on the inside that are washed twice a day minimum. The out side runs are half turf, half gravel, everything leeches to the soil so your dog is kept clean all day. Your dog will be kept separate from other dogs the whole visit, ensuring a safe and pleasant stay. Long Term or Day Boarding
We offer day or long term boarding with no limit on how many days you need to board with us, we are a family operated business so we understand all situations. We offer a very clean and comfortable place for your pet to stay. Every day will be a comfortable routine from feeding times, play times, walk times, treat times and a lot of petting and love.
